You can browse current and past earthquakes for the whole world, or specific countries, regions or areas you define yourself. The AllQuakes website and Volcanoes&Earthquakes App provide a way to visualize and analyze seismic events in near-real time. It currently contains data for about 10 million earthquakes since 1900. Our database is one of the most up to date and complete in the world. In addition, we analyze user-generated shaking reports to detect many earthquakes in areas with poor instrumental coverage or detect quakes even before they are published by monitoring agencies. Therefore, we continuously collect, aggregate, and compare earthquake data from more than 50 international and national data centers around the world in near real-time. No single seismic network is able to monitor all quakes that occur in the world. Our goal is to present you the best available quake data.
